Dr. Mark Cruise is an internationally recognized geologist and mining executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning exploration, mine development, production and capital markets. As the founder of Trevali Mining, he helped build the company from a single drill discovery into a global base metals producer, providing Quimbaya with extensive technical and strategic expertise in advancing major mineral discoveries.

Peter Simeon is a corporate and securities lawyer with 20+ years of capital markets experience. He is a partner at Gowling WLG in Toronto, advising public and private companies, including those in mining. He also serves as an independent director of several Canadian public companies. Dr. Stewart Redwood is a highly respected consulting geologist with decades of global experience in gold and base metal exploration.
